The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions were passed at its
Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') held earlier today.  Under the authority
conferred in the EGM a top-up share offering has commenced today offering up to
1,868,261 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company
representing 9.66% of the current issued share capital of the Company.  The
shares to be offered under this top-up issue will be issued at a price of 100
pence per share.  The previous top-up offering of the Company has now closed
fully subscribed.
