Marilyn Lee has today advised her intention of resigning as Financial Director
of Northamber plc with effect from 31 December 1999. She will be joining
Sigma Technology Management Ltd on 4 January 2000. Her duties and
responsibilities will be assumed by the current Deputy Finance Director.
The Company wishes her well for the future.
