THE NORTH AMERICAN INCOME TRUST PLC

The Board of The North American Income Trust plc declare a third interim dividend of 7.0p per share in respect of the year to 31 January 2016 payable on 19 February 2016 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 22 January 2016.  The ex-date is 21 January 2016.

The North American Income Trust plc is managed by Aberdeen Fund Managers Limited.
