EDINBURGH US TRACKER TRUST PLC
On 15 April 2004, Edinburgh US Tracker Trust plc bought back 60,000
ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 486.7p per
share. Following the buy back, there are 88,321,164 ordinary shares in
issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
