Director/PDMR Shareholding

Quixant (AIM:QXT) announces that it was today informed that Chen-Tai ("JJ") Lin, Manufacturing Director of the Company, and his wife, Shu-Hsiang Wu, transferred, in aggregate, 4,589,842 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows (the "Transfers"):

-      3,422,142 Ordinary Shares, previously held in his own name, to Best Acumen Limited, a company wholly owned and controlled by Mr Lin and his wife; and

-      1,167,700 Ordinary Shares, previously held in the name of his wife, Shu-Hsiang Wu, to Best Acumen Limited, a company wholly owned and controlled by Mr Lin and his wife.

Following the Transfers, Mr Lin's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 4,589,842 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.1 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
