On 15 October 2004 Tom Lewis, non-executive director, sold 100,000 Ordinary
Shares to William Whitehorn, Chairman, at 521/2p per share.

 

Following the sale, Mr Lewis is beneficially interested in 6,566,672 Shares
representing 16.64 per cent. of the issued share capital and Mr Whitehorn is
beneficially interested in 135,000 Shares representing 0.30 per cent. of the
