The Company received notification after market hours yesterday that
Mr Sandeep Kalsi (Director) sold 6,167 Ordinary Shares of 5p each
on Monday 18 December 2000 at a price of 485p per share.
As a result of this disposal Mr Kalsi now holds 707,054 Ordinary Shares
(representing 3.15% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company).
