Appointment of Joint Broker and Nomad

NewRiver Retail Limited (AIM:NRR), the specialist value-creating retail property investment and asset management company, announces that it has appointed Morgan Stanley & Co. International as joint broker to the Company. 

The Company has also appointed Cenkos Securities Plc as its Nominated Adviser and joint broker.

Kinmont remains as financial adviser to the Company.

All appointments are made with immediate effect.
