Network International Holdings plc (LSE: NETW) (the Company) was notified today, 21^st September 2020, that Simon Haslam, Group Chief Executive Officer, purchased 50,926 shares. Separately, the Company was notified on 18^th September 2020, that Ron Kalifa, Chairman, purchased a total of 35,000 shares. Further, the Company has been notified that Victoria Hull, an Independent Non-Executive Director has today purchased a total of 66,319 shares.

Following these transactions, the beneficial holding of Simon Haslam is 251,221 Shares in the Company, representing 0.046% of the total voting rights of the Company, and sits alongside his share-based awards including LTIPs and Annual Deferred Bonus Plan (ADBP). The beneficial holding of Ron Kalifa is 599,156 Shares in the Company, representing 0.109 % of the total voting rights of the Company.

These share purchases demonstrate the confidence that Network International directors have in the long-term growth prospects of the Company, and follow several recent transactions that have seen management increase their overall shareholding.
