London, UK - 06 June 2023 - NetScientific Plc (AIM: NSCI), the investment and commercialisation group with an international portfolio of innovative life science, sustainability and industrial technology companies, announces that in accordance with AIM Rules 20 and 26 the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been sent to shareholders today and are available on the Company's website in the Investor Relations section at http://www.netscientific.net/investors.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 29 June 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Trowers & Hamlins LLP, 3 Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8YZ, United Kingdom.
