Result of General Meeting

Defined terms in this announcement will have the same meaning as in the announcement made by the Company on 25 February 2009.

Evolutec is pleased to announce that all resolutions were duly passed at the General Meeting of the Company held today. The Resolutions will become effective conditional upon; inter alia, the Scheme of Arrangement being sanctioned by the Court. 

Dealings in the Enlarged Group are expected to commence on 30 April 2009 under the name Nanoco Group plc.
