Result of the adjourned Separate Class Meeting of Ordinary Shareholders

At the adjourned Separate Class Meeting of Ordinary Shareholders of Murray
International Trust PLC which was held today, the extraordinary resolution was
passed.


The resolutions passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting and the Separate
Class Meeting of the B Ordinary Shareholders to amend the Articles of
Association, which took place on 27 April, will now become effective.
