RETIREMENT OF DAVID BENSON

As intimated at the time of the Annual Financial Report Announcement, following the conclusion of the AGM, Mr David Benson has retired as a Director of the Company and the Board would like to express its sincere thanks to David for his contribution to the Company over the last nine years.
