Director's Dealing

Godfrey Davis, Director of the Company, transferred 77,000 ordinary 5p shares 
('Shares') into his Self Invested Personal Pension ('SIPP'). This does not
change Godfrey Davis's beneficial ownership of 1,669,558 Shares, being 3.41% of
the Company's current issued share capital. The Shares are registered in the
name of Godfrey Davis SIPP 77,000 Shares, Godfrey Davis 1,572,558 Shares and
Sally Davis 20,000 Shares.

Guy Rutherford, Director of the Company, transferred 34,700 Shares into his
SIPP. This does not change Guy Rutherford's beneficial ownership of 36,938
Shares, being 0.08% of the Company's current issued share capital. The shares
are registered in the name of Guy Rutherford SIPP 34,700 Shares, Guy Rutherford
2,238 Shares.

The transfers into the SIPP took place on 30 August 2006.
