Montanaro UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc - Holding in Company
The Company has today been informed under Section 198 of the Companies Act
(1985) that, as the result of the purchase of 136,000 ordinary 10p shares on
26 May 2000, Reliance Mutual Insurance Society Limited are now interested in
1,761,000 ordinary shares (representing 4.39% of the issued class of capital).
