Monks Investment Trust PLC ('the Company')
SUB-DIVISION OF SHARES
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority of the FSA, and the
London Stock Exchange for the admission of 305,130,295 Ordinary shares of 5p
each to the Official List.
These shares will be issued following a sub-division whereby each existing
Ordinary Share of 25p will be split into 5 Ordinary Shares of 5p each.
