On 27 January 2009 Midas Income and Growth Trust PLC bought back 275,000 Ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 91.50 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 39,891,950 Ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
