On 19 June 2008 Midas Income and Growth Trust PLC bought back 165,000 Ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 133 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 43,254,950 Ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
