On 26 March 2009 Midas Income and Growth Trust PLC bought back 200,000 Ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 80.25 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 38,651,950 Ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
