Issue of Equity

The Directors of Elderstreet VCT plc announce an allotment on 13 April 2015 of 112,585 ordinary shares of 5p each issued at an average price of approximately 71.5p per share (in accordance with the pricing formula) pursuant to the Offers for Subscription that opened on 9 October 2014. The issue price was based on the latest announced net asset value per share ("NAV") of 70.9p (31 December 2014).

Application for the Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will be made at the earliest practical opportunity.
