Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 30 September 2020, it purchased 365,528 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of 61.36   pence per share for cancellation.

 

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 84,117,546 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, with voting rights.
