Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 28 March 2023 it purchased 48,219 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 68.12 pence per share for cancellation.

 

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 98,437,045 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with voting rights.
