Purchase of shares for cancellation

Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 26 June 2015 it purchased 92,873 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 103.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 36,375,759 Ordinary shares of 1 pence in issue.
