Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 29 September 2015 it purchased 32,296 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 105.75 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 36,218,463 Ordinary shares of 1 pence in issue.
