Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 1 March 2024 it purchased 242,864 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 59.42 pence per share for cancellation.

 

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 96,884,157 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with voting rights.
