Matrix e-Ventures Fund VCT Plc
Further issue of equity
The Board is pleased to announce that a further 233,500
ordinary shares have been issued under the terms of the
Matrix e-Ventures Fund VCT Plc's Offer for Subscription.
These shares have been admitted to the Official List of
the UK Listing Authority and application has been made to
the London Stock Exchange plc for these shares to be
admitted to trading on its market for listed securities.
