Pursuant to DTR3.1.4, the Company wishes to notify that on 18 December 2015, Harwood Capital LLP, to which Christopher Mills, Director of the Company is a beneficiary, sold 67,000 ordinary shares at an average price of £5.4112 per Ordinary Share. Mr. Mills' current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:
