                       YooMedia appoints Finance Director



YooMedia, the interactive television and wireless entertainment group, is
pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Apps as Finance Director.
Jonathan, 39, will join the board on 31 March.



He was recently chief financial officer of Music Choice Europe plc, the quoted
supplier of music programming to the digital television industry. Before that he
was CFO of e-capital investments plc, the AIM-listed technology venture capital
fund. Jonathan qualified as an accountant with Coopers &Lybrand, where he
practised for 11 years in London and Sydney. Since leaving Music Choice last
March, he has been an independent consultant to a number of early stage
technology companies.

Jonathan's calibre and track record. His experience in the technology and
