                               Additional Listing



The Company announces that 66,668 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the 'New
Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted following an exercise of share
options, at an option price of 13.5p per share.



Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM, and admission is expected to become effective at 8 a.m. on Friday 4th
June 2004
