                  MID WYND INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

                     Annual General Meeting, 3 October 2005



At the AGM held on 3 October 2005 all resolutions were passed, including the
following special business:



•    Directors' Fees

     Shareholders approved an ordinary resolution increasing the sum payable to 
     each Director from £8,000 to £10,000 per annum, and  increasing the 
     Chairman's additional fee from £2,500 to £3,500 per annum.

•    Directors' and Officers' Liability Insurance

     Shareholders approved a special resolution amending the Articles of 
     Association to allow the purchase and maintenance of Directors' and 
     Officers' Liability Insurance.
