Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.07% of the issued class of capital) at
526.7p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 70,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 13
July 2007 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 103,689,877
Ordinary 25p Shares.
