Further to the announcement made on 4th June 2004, the Company announces that
The Registrar of Companies has issued the certificate of incorporation on change
of name and therefore the name of the Company has been changed to JPMorgan
Fleming Mercantile Investment Trust plc with effect from 7th June 2004.
