       Media Content announces opening of Hong Kong office

Media  Content  PLC  announced today that it will  open  a  Media
Content  Asia Pacific office in Hong Kong from January 2001.  The
business  will  be run by Siabhan Duguid-Graffius, Vice-President
Asia  Pacific, currently with Media Content Sports Media Advisors
Ltd in London.

Commenting  on  the opening, Media Content CEO  Jean-Paul  de  la
Fuente  said: 'Media Content Asia Pacific is the company's  first
international  expansion, in a region with  a  growing  need  for
independent sports media advisory services and offering many  new
investment and development prospects. We estimate that the  value
of  sports  media  rights in Asia-Pacific will grow  faster  than
anywhere  else  in  the  world over the next  decade,  and  Media
Content   intends   to  be  there  to  take  advantage   of   the
opportunities this growth can offer.'

Siabhan  Duguid-Graffius  added: 'We are  an  independent  sports
media  advisory and development company.   We aim to address  the
clearly  demonstrated need in Asia for a non-aligned third  party
to  advise  and  help  develop  the  revenues  and  cashflows  of
rightsholders and broadcasters.  The success of our new operation
will follow from the recognition and exploitation of the region's
appetite for it's own and foreign sports content, by appreciating
global  trends and by understanding the subtleties  of  a  multi-
linguistic, multi-national region.'

Manchester United PLC and the New Zealand Rugby Football  Union's
All Blacks. It assists the NYSE-listed World Wrestling Federation
Entertainment,  Inc.  with  television distribution  in  selected
European  markets  and  advises broadband  and  web  sportscaster
sportev.com  on its rights acquisition strategy.   Media  Content
also successfully distributed the Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games to
a  record  television audience worldwide.  The  company  recently
