Further to the approval of the resolutions proposed at the extraordinary
general meeting of the Company held on 10 July 2001, Stanley B Fertig and
Leonard M Fertig have each been granted options, under the Unapproved Scheme,
over 35,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. The effective date
that the options were granted was 10 July 2001, and the exercise price is 2.75
pence per share, being the higher of the average, closing middle-market
quotation for the three trading days immediately preceding the date of the
grant and the middle-market quotation on the date of the grant.
