The Company has received the following notifications:-



First notification



The Company was notified on 13 April 2005 that OM Group (UK) Limited acquired
625,000 of the Company's ordinary 10p shares.



Following the acquisition of the shares referred to above OM Group (UK) Limited
has an interest in 4.6 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.





Second notification



The Company was notified on 26 April 2005 that PanAtlantic Investments Limited
disposed of 625,000 of the Company's ordinary 10p shares.



Following the disposal of the shares referred to above PanAtlantic Investments
Limited has an interest in 5.2 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company.
