Sections 198 to 202 Notification - Disclosure of interest in shares

On 21 December 2004 the Company received notification pursuant to Sections 198
to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended by Section 134 of the Companies Act
1989, that Fidelity International Limited, and its subsidiaries and affiliates,
are interested in 4,526,479 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company,
representing 7.82% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
