Mears Group Plc - Director's Dealings
The Company was notified on 19 April 2001 that on the same date P L Molloy, a
director of the Company, sold a total of 700,000 Ordinary shares of Mears
Group Plc at 71.5p per share to satisfy institutional demand. Following this
sale Mr Molloy has an interest in 4,722,615 Ordinary shares representing 8.84
per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
