·     Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010

·     Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 8 June 2011 at 9.30am at the offices of Collins Stewart, 88 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7QR.

·     Form of proxy

All of the above documents will be posted to shareholders on 3 May 2011.

The Company's final results for the year ended 31 December 2010 were announced on 15 March 2011.
