Transaction in own shares.

Photo-me International plc announces that it has today purchased 100,000
ordinary shares at an average price of 68.2689 pence per share. The purchased
shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, Photo-me
International plc holds 2,600,000 ordinary shares in treasury, and has
364,255,081 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
