                   Notification of major interests in shares


On 14 June 2004, Photo-Me International ('PMI') was advised by Morgan Stanley
Securities Limited ('MSSL') that, on 10 June 2004, it acquired shares in PMI
that resulted in its holding increasing to 10,930,201 shares, being
approximately 3.001% of the issued ordinary share capital of PMI.

On 11 June 2004, MSSL disposed of its interest in some shares, resulting in MSSL
no longer having a notifiable interest in shares of PMI.
