                      Further Board and Management Changes



Following this morning's announcement of Board changes, Photo-Me further
announces that Simon Poulton, who last month was appointed as interim Group
Finance Director (although not on the Board) during the medical leave of absence
granted to Jean-Luc Peurois, has resigned from that position.

Robert Lowes, FCA, currently the Company Secretary, who has been with the
Company for 27 years, has joined the Board as an interim Director and interim
Finance Officer, reporting to Jean-Luc Peurois (Group Finance Director), who
remains on sick leave.

Del Mansi, a solicitor who is currently the In-house Counsel, becomes interim
Company Secretary.

The Board is actively seeking to recruit new independent non-executive
Directors, in order to be fully compliant with the Combined Code.
