LETTER TO COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENTS OFFICE


NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN SHARE INTERESTS OF A DIRECTOR

We advise that yesterday, 13th March 2000,  11,281,605 Ordinary shares of 0.5
pence each in which a Director, Mr Francis Wahl, has a beneficial interest, were
transferred from Strativar Investments BV to Vidacos Nominees Limited (A/C
'Bear').  These shares have been transferred from one nominee to another for
administrative purposes only and there is no change of beneficial ownership.

Mr Wahl's interest remains at 23,782,855 shares representing 6.57% of the
Company's issued Ordinary shares, which are now Registered as follows: -

                        101,250   in own name
                     12,400,000   in Strativar Investments BV
                     11,281,605   in Vidacos Nominees Limited (A/C 'Bear')

                     23,782,855
