Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission to the
Official List of 1,038,961 Ordinary shares of 0.5p each, as part of the
consideration for the acquisition of an interest in Deith Group Limited. The
Directors have approved the issue of the shares, at par value, to three
allottees following admission to the Official List. Dealings in the shares are
expected to commence on 31 January 2006.
