Transfer of shares out of Treasury

McBride plc ("the Company") announces that on 22 March 2010 it transferred 3,149 ordinary shares of 10p each for the purpose of exercising a performance based LTIP scheme.

The Company now holds 827,197 shares in Treasury and has a total of 180,213,104 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
