MURRAY VCT 4 PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK
On 18 October 2004, Murray VCT 4 PLC purchased for cancellation 15,000 of its
own Ordinary shares at 52p per share.
Following the transaction the Company's issued share capital is 38,004,567
Ordinary shares of 10p each.
