MAVEN INCOME AND GROWTH VCT 4 PLC  

On 28 May 2010 Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC purchased for cancellation 23,340 of its own Ordinary shares at 64.0p per share.

Following this transaction, the Company's ordinary issued share capital is 8,424,280 Ordinary shares of 10p each and 4,956,459 S Ordinary shares of 10p each. The number of voting shares in the Company is therefore 13,380,739 shares.
