            Offer for subscription of S Ordinary Shares ("the Offer")


The directors announce that, in view of the continuing interest expressed in the
Offer, they have extended the latest date for receipt of applications under the
Offer to subscribe for S Ordinary shares in the 2006/2007 tax year. The original
closing date of 4 April 2007 is replaced by a new closing date and time of noon
on 5 April 2007.
