ABERDEEN GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES VCT PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK
On 19 April 2005 Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT PLC purchased for
cancellation 15,150 of its own Ordinary shares at 74.5p per share.
Following the transaction the Company's issued share capital is 10,211,952
Ordinary shares of 10p each.
