2003/2004 Offer for Subscription

The Board of AiM VCT2 plc is pleased to announce that pursuant to an Offer for
Subscription, 87,765 ordinary shares at 94p per share have been allotted and
issued today. Trading in these additional shares is expected to commence on 14
October 2003 at 8.00am.

These shares are allotted and issued in connection with an Offer for
Subscription of up to 3,000,000 new ordinary shares and the remaining balance
will be allotted and issued on an ongoing basis.
