Change of Auditor

Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, is pleased to announce the appointment of Moore Kingston Smith LLP ("MKS") as Group auditor for the financial year ending 31 May 2022. The appointment follows the conclusion of a thorough tender process overseen by the Company's Audit Committee. Any proposal to re-appoint MKS as independent Group auditor for the financial year ending 31 May 2023 will be subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting to be held in 2022.

In accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, the Company's previous auditor, Deloitte LLP, has deposited with the Company a statement confirming that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.

Ravi Tara, Chief Financial Officer commented:

"The last 24 months has seen the Group significantly develop both the core business, which successfully navigated through recent market challenges whilst continuing to deliver strong organic growth and the significant positive impact of recent acquisitions. This has led to a change in mix of the Group's revenue which is expected to continue to shift as recent acquisitions successfully integrate and grow. We are excited about the appointment of MKS which enables Mattioli Woods to address the changing audit needs of the Group, with an audit firm who are able to operate with agility and share a similar commercial and client focused culture to the Group as we continue to evolve.
